On the afternoon of February 14, the preparatory meeting of Dongguan Changan Skilled Personnel Service Association was successfully held in Dongguan Yutong Optical Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Yutong Optical"). The meeting discussed and adopted the association's charter, voted for the first council and the Board of Supervisors of the Association, and voted for the first president and vice president units.

In recent years, Chang 'an Town has continuously implemented the strategy of strengthening the country with talents in the new era, deepened the reform measures of the system and mechanism of skill talent development in Guangdong Province, incorporated the creation of "Chang 'an Technology Valley" into the top ten livelihood facts in 2022, and strengthened the exchange and improvement of various skill talents.
As the first skilled personnel service association in the city, Dongguan Changan Skilled Personnel Service Association is one of the important supports to promote the construction of "Changan Technology Valley". The association currently has 39 members, Member units include oppo, vivo, Little Genius, Yutong Optics, Xiangxin Technology Co., LTD., Guangdong Rixin High Precision Technology Co., LTD., Guangdong Blu-ray Intelligent Technology Co., LTD., Irma Technology Co., LTD., Shenglan Technology Co., LTD., Global Stone (Dongguan) Co., LTD. It aims to provide the four functions of enterprise policy guidance, employment recruitment services, manpower efficiency improvement and communication platform for member units to carry out skill personnel training, and will develop more skill personnel training and exchange services for member units in the future.
Li Yanqin, member of the Party Committee of Chang 'an Town and chairman of the town Women's Federation, addressed the preparatory meeting. She fully affirmed the important role of Dongguan Chang 'an Skilled Personnel Service Association in strengthening the construction of Chang 'an skilled personnel team and activating the "talent" engine, and hoped that the association could unite the strength of the town's skilled personnel enterprises, promote enterprises to actively tap the efficiency of skilled personnel resources, and create new momentum and new advantages for the high-quality development of Chang 'an.
At the meeting, all members voted to adopt the association's constitution and election methods. By the vote of all members, 13 enterprises such as Yutong Optics were elected as the member units of the first Council; The first president and vice president units were elected by vote from the council units, among which Yutong Optics was elected as the first president unit of the association; Wei Win Golf Products Co., Ltd. was elected as the first supervisor unit.
After the vote, Zhang Pinguang, chairman of Yutong Optics, made a speech as the representative of the sponsor of the association. He said that the association provides important support for enterprises to build a skilled talent team and jointly promote the training of high-quality skilled talents, and looks forward to the association to make a bridge and strive for more policy support from the government, so that enterprises can give full play to the main role of skill talent training, introduce, cultivate and retain talents with higher quality, and help Changan develop high-quality.
Zhang Ting, deputy director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, delivered a speech as the representative of the guiding unit of the association. She fully affirmed Chang 'an's benchmarking role in the work of skilled personnel, and was full of expectations for the establishment and role of the Skilled Personnel Association. She also said that the municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will strive for more skills policies and resources to tilt to Changan, support the association to promote the training of skill talents, open up the growth of enterprise skill talents, and hope that enterprises can take the establishment of Changan skill talents Service Association as an opportunity to strive to expand the team of skill talents, and jointly contribute to Dongguan to build a "skill talent capital".
